Return, Refund and Exchange Policy
Customers must contact us within 24 hours of receiving an order if an item is damaged, incorrect, missing, or defective on arrival.
Returns and exchanges are considered for unused office supplies, stationery, equipment, accessories, and related workplace products that remain in original condition with packaging, labels, manuals, parts, accessories, and proof of purchase included where applicable.
Used, opened consumables, installed, assembled, written-on, altered, incomplete, damaged by misuse, or hygiene-sensitive items are not eligible for return unless the issue is caused by our error or a verified product defect.
Customers should provide clear photos of the product, packaging, waybill, and order details within 24 hours so the case can be reviewed properly.
Approved refunds or replacements will be processed after review and, where needed, after the item is returned or inspected. Customers are responsible for checking product specifications, compatibility, quantity, size, colour, and usage suitability before purchase.
